This policy explains how fathalaqaleem.com and the web version of the game “Fath Al-Aqaleem” (“the Site”) handle your data. Developer: Abdullah Alenezi (Abu Sanad). The Android version of the game has its own privacy policy.

1. Data we collect

We (the developer) do not collect any personal data and do not send data to any server of ours. We never ask for your real name, email, phone number or location, and you do not need an account to play.

2. Data stored in your browser

The game stores only what it needs to work in your browser’s local storage on your device, such as:

• The nickname you choose in the game.
• Your progress: level, coins, upgrades, achievements and settings.
• A copy of the game files so it can run offline.

This data stays on your device and we cannot access it. It is deleted when you clear the Site’s data in your browser settings.

3. Advertising and cookies

The Site may show ads served by Google AdSense.

• Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
• Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.

4. Other services the Site relies on

• Google Fonts: to load the game’s fonts; Google receives your IP address and technical browser data, under the Google Privacy Policy.
• Cloudflare: to host and protect the Site; it may process technical data such as IP addresses and request logs to run and secure the Site, under the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

5. Children

The Site and the game are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell or share your data with anyone. The only data that may be collected is what the services in sections 3 and 4 collect.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when new features are added. The update date will appear at the top of the page.
